Officer misconduct is one of the issues receiving scholarly attention in the leadership and management of police organisations. This blog aims to reach out to practitioners, academics and researchers in the area to examine current issues in police management especially as they relate to officer misconduct. Although police misconduct is rare the media is awash with stories of police corruption and use of improper force. This blog aims to analyse these issues in order to inform policy and expand criminological scholarship.
